Programa de residencies académicas
Faculty from affiliated colleges and universities around the world are invited to apply for the 2019-20 IEA Faculty-in-Residence Programin Argentina or Uruguay. IEA offers this opportunity for international faculty to broaden their teaching and scholarship activities in Latin America. In addition to pursuing individual research interests, the resident faculty member may be asked to deliver a public lecture on his/her area of research for the appropriate IEA Institute located in Buenos Aires or Montevideo. The Faculty-in-Residence Program is individually designed, based on the visiting faculty member’s needs and interests. The award includes international air travel, a private studio or one-bedroom apartment, and a shared office at the IEA facilities located in either Buenos Aire or Montevideo. The Program is open to faculty in all disciplines and no knowledge of Spanish language is required. The residency can be arranged for four consecutive weeks during May 1 – August 31, 2019.
